During the week 24 to 28 July there will be no shipping. The last dispatch date prior to the break is July 22 (early morning) – all orders placed prior to this date will be shipped on or by July 22.
Orders placed between 22 and 30th July will be dispatched 31 July – 4 August. The speed with which dispatch takes place will depend largely on the volume of orders placed during the break – we do hope to clear the backlog by Wednesday 2 August, but this may not be doable if the order volume is very high.
Support, info and sales emails will be unavailable during this period of time. Queries unanswered prior to Friday 21 July will have priority. Emails will be answered as soon as possible – we will strive to respond to all correspondence by 4 August.
